Delivery and Postage
I will aim to post out all orders to Great Britain within 5 working days of ordering. However, if you would like your item in a shorter time please contact me to check when it is likely to be sent out as many orders will be ready sooner than this. Postage charges vary due to cart contents. Please contact for non GB countries for a postal quote. This includes Scottish islands and Northern Ireland. If a postal address is out of the GB then additional costings will be required and contact should be made prior to order being made as I a will incur cancellation costs and I would prefer to avoid.
If you would like to collect your order from my studio in person you can also choose this as an option. It is advisable to check my availability by giving me a call or message first.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday; any orders placed after midday Friday will begin processing the following Monday.
Please contact me for details of international delivery before placing your order. The delivery timescales for made-to-order items or commissions will be discussed when you place your order.
All items can be securely purchased from this website using the payment options provided. Your purchases are added to the basket as you shop, and you can alter the contents of your basket at any time. Once you are sure your basket is correct proceed to ‘checkout’ and you will be taken to a secure checkout which accepts all major credit and debit cards.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please notify me by email within 7 days of receiving your item and return your order within 28 days from the day it is received, along with a note of your name and order details. A refund will be made by the same method that payment was taken. It is advised that you return the goods in appropriate packaging, use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage.
Any returns must be as new and in a saleable condition.
Aluminiumart reserves the right to refuse refunds if the condition of any returned item is found to be defective or unsaleable in any way. Unless faulty, the cost of returning products will not be refunded.
Bespoke and commissioned products are non-returnable/non-refundable.
I endeavour to reuse packaging where possible and appropriate in order to protect your item whilst in transit.
